Today I also sent our animatic to a student who studies sound design to see what can she do with laying over some sound effects for us

I have been working on something that we can use for the effect of falling feathers. I did this using maya's ncloth



I will ask the group what they think and see if we should use it.

Feathers

We were thinking about how we can make the chicken model look more....displaced because Rey and Luke thought the model looked too flat with only the textures on it. For a while we have been trying to come up with some sort of feather system for the character and have come across a few plugins that are available on the internet (but you have to purchase them). To overcome this we have tried our own attempts and have emailed Alex for some assistance. This was what I came up with when I used hair follicles

Animatic

Lately I have been working on organising and adding music to our animatic. I have also been editing it to make sure the story flows. The video below is of our animatic without the sound effects (which I will be adding soon). The shots in this animatic were worked on by myself, Rey, Gary and Luke
